Which is correct, yeah.

The "returning to your hand" is a freebie.
Anyway, can you add a rough speed the hammer flies when it returns, as well as a thrown speed (as I'd assume - as it's a fancy hammer - you're probably throwing it faster than a normal strong dude could). Estimates are fine for each (like arrow-speed, the speed of a fastball, "about as fast as he could throw a tennis ball", etc.).
You may wish to specify that swings with the hammer are tiring (at least if done repetitively) if you want to justify the lightning that comes with them having more potency, unless you were just intending it to be more of a flavour thing. Chances are, you'd probably write swinging around a heavy lightning hammer/axe to be somewhat tiring even if you didn't include a note of it in the move.
