If you want to permanently change how you look, you can just do that. As long as it's a one-off. If you wanna do it more often, you'll need shapeshifting or alt forms.
Also, adding extra limbs will require extra moves for those limbs if you wish to use them. (We won't make you pay for a fluffy tail, but if you want to get a monkey tail and use it to throw stuff, that'd cost you OM - as would getting wings that can hit people, or having an extra set of arms)
