Could a Prime change their body (as in permanently altering themselves: taking on a different appearance, adding/removing limbs etc.) by summoning/extracting Omnilium, given enough time? Would Shapeshifting or another Power/Proficiency be necessary?

I mean, we have precedent. Nealapph was a blob of black goop and came out of the Underverse looking like a 19th century gentleman? It wouldn't change your stats. It would be aesthetic and for story-line purposes only. However, I would say that if you plan to keep changing appearances that you'd need either an Alternate Form or Shapeshifting.
