Ah! Ok, that makes a lot of sense.

Ideally, in a fight, her opponent's more worried about the blade than the damage its possibly done. But I would consider that a sensory thing. If the character has insight or the type that is paying close attention, if its IC for them react in such a way to the attack then so be it. "...until they inspect the damage..." But if the character is more likely to focus on the fight first - say like Strazio or Dust - he may go through the fight without realizing how much damage she has dealt him until he can feel it again. "...or the numbing wears off." On that note I feel like I should add something about feeling pain as the toxin leaves their system for those who are not perceptive.

But to answer the present question, no. The would feel the force of her attack if it's stabbing, or the "brushing" of the blade as it cuts. Just not the pain of being attacked. Like when you poke you numb leg/arm.
