Certainly. The Lascarbine has a relatively poor rate of fire, unable to fire more than two rounds in quick succession. It's primarily a backup weapon, kept for its ability to be maneuvered in tight conditions and its light weight.

The Luminen blast requires 3 seconds of concentrated effort and half of the current bioelectric reserves to activate. Excessive use results in exhaustion and tiredness, eventually culminating in unconsciousness. It has notably higher destructive potential than the Las-Carbine (About a 50% increase), and affects an area 8 meters in diameter.
Ferric Replusion takes 6 seconds of dedicated effort and prayer to manifest. While active, it defends against small-arms fire and melee attacks, but anything with enough momentum (Such as a heavy caliber bullet or a fast enough blade) can still land a damaging blow. The effect is akin to shooting or slashing through water, forcing attacks off of their intended path, and causing them to lose speed and direction.
Hopefully that helps.

Torcher of tomes, slayer of sorcerers, taker of ears, and flayer of men. Reasonable rates.
