1.) Individually. Unless you're like, literally going some place where you have no phone? (do those places still exist?)

2.) Try and give me a heads up, but I need something like "If I don't post, I'll use a strike." If you just don't post and don't tell me a thing, I'll just assume you're ghosting and you won't use a strike.
