Toybox Girl heard Caira's reply, but it was clear that this window was not meant to be opened. Besides that, she had no business in what was clearly a library. She glanced at the Dataverse for information on the place. While it not have the modern conviences of a digital library or an online list of books with a system of chekcing in and hout, she did quickly find a recent article about someone who had barged into thep lace and did enough crimes to warrant a wanted poster. She downloaded the poster, and shook her head to Caira. "I'll meet you outside when you are done, I've found something on the Dataverse to look up and see if it is worth pursuing." She had mentiond that she wanted to visit the library so that should give TBG some time to investigate the validity of the wanted poster for some demonish looking guy Magus.
She floated down to the ground and hopped off of her magic carpet. While Caira's mount had wandered off and would probably live its own life, her magic carpet would just sit around if she didn't take it with her. Toybox Girl opted to dismantle the carpet instead and break it apart to Omnililum again. She wouldn't want to waste the resource, convenient that she could recycle unused objects so readily thought it took a bit of time to perform. She wandered around for a minute around the outside of the library to get her bearings and find the entrance so that she could find her way back, then asked for direction to the local police, or in this case the guardhouse.
Toybox Girl made her way out to the guardhouse, observing a variety of things on her way. Soon she found that her ADAPT system worked as she stored the spells being cast around her answering the question that she had for Caira but didn't have the chance to observe. From simple cantrips she wouldn't think twice about to substantial attack spells, just walking down the streets of a wizarding city could never be boring for someone that can easily imitate the magic with relative ease. She found the guardhouse not far away from the library and like everything else here, had mages milling around, with armored mages making the majority of guards.
The out of place robot girl walked inside the place. She inquired to the bounties currently active for the city and in return got a short stack of papers showing her the various ones currently in place. Some were quite old and worn, but the freshest one stood out as the one that Toybox Girl was looking for, which was not much different from the one online confirming that it was real. She pulled it out and showed it to the guard helping her. "Yea, I remember this guy. I wasn't there personally but I read the reports and witness statements. Real card, he tried to intimidate citizens at the library and assaulted some of the citizens as he resisted arrest. We get that a lot around here actually, but because he escaped he's gone from a few nights in jail and a hefty fine to a bounty. Primes like him have to be dealt with harshly." Toybox Girl nodded. "Thank you for the information, I may consider pursuing him." "Be careful now young lady, a Prime like him doesn't fear death." I wouldn't be worried about that, I am a Prime myself. I guess you could say he gives other Primes a bad name, but mostly I'm interested in him because he reminds me of some old enemies of mine." "Well well, you must have some history behind you." "Thanks again."
Toybox Girl rejected the offer to socialize more, as she needed to get back to Caira. Finding Caira outside looking for where she had gone off to. "I hope the library was useful? I found this online and confirmed the bounty locally. Some dark mage messed with the library and got himself onto a wanted poster for escaping from the authorities." Toybox Girl held up the wanted poster that she had gotten from the guards. "He looks to be the type that I like to hunt down."
