Is it correct that dreams dreampt by characters (and therefore taking place in the astralverse) can be as wacky and surreal as wanted? Also, if a character was having a dream that "takes place" in their original world, would it be okay for them to be using their pre-OV abilities and powers in the dream? Or does omniphysics kick in and punch their dream back to moderated, restricted OV stuff?
