To effectively weaponise your blood, it will need to be a move (if you want your blood to burn/affect your opponent). I just didn't see it being often that someone actually ingested the blood, but you're welcome to keep that as flavour text for, as you used in an example, you fought a NPC that bit you. The cost of the move would be 300 though, since it doesn't have any variables (it just does damage in one way).
And yeah, the immune system thing would be more flavour writing so it's not necessary for it to be part of the move, but you're welcome to have it as flavour.
