The rules technically don't say you can't.
But I'm going to say no to using multiple stat-boosting ones on the same person. Since that partly defeats the point of higher tier stat buff supers. (So no spending like 4sp to give one dude +16 ATK for a post or +8 ATK and +8 SPD, etc.)
Outside of that, like more general stuff, go for it I guess.
