Quick and Easy Questions (please read the OP)
Hi!

So, if I have a move that involves 3 different proficiencies (say Ranged, Homing, and Area), and I want to be able to combine them in multiple ways (normal, homing, explosive, and homing+explosive), would the cost of the move be 900 OM (300x3 for the 3 different base states that can be combined) or would it he 1,200 OM (300x4 for the 4 different types of shots)?

EDIT: what if I added Debuff too for an additional base state making it 1,200 OM (300x4) in the first instance and 2,400 (300x8 because of 4 additional shot types) in the second instance? How does it work?
