Coolio. Didn't know about the super attack caveat as it was not included in the move text the moment i mimicked it from All Might's NPC. If it was an intended caveat, he never added it to the move itself.
If this is an official judgement on this move do you want me to send it to move approval to edit in what was said? Also since I had no idea that was the caveat under which this move was originally approved, would I still be able to use it for this fight keeping in mind your judgement here, Alex?
