So if I wanted to upgrade a move that functions as a service weapon Trixie uses, could I propose a replacement and just change the description/pay the different if it ends up costing more?

Depends how different the replacement is. If it's just a reskin, maybe changing some numbers (like tweaking the size, fire rate, etc.) then yeah, you can do that.

But you can't replace a sword with an axe or anything like that. You'd have the buy the axe move at the full price.

So like. Replace my WESTAR rifle move with the one I just had approved. Can it be a 1 for 1 trade where I just swap the name and descriptions out?
