"Seven hells..." was all Jon could say as they passed the gates and moved into the city. Corucsant was like nothing he'd ever seen before. Floating boxes carried people through the skies, and humongous screens blurred with faces, images, living, moving people. The technology was a bit to take in for him, and anyone who looked close enough at him would notice his skin complexion pale somewhat, a droplet of sweat running down his forehead and to his brow.
Jon and his boy companion simply walked for a few moments, taking in what they could. The hustle, the bustle, the streets. A gaggle of smiling, laughing children rushing passed Jon, running for the toy shop nearby. A few people passing by or standing about with nothing better do regarded Jon strangely. Where he was dressed in a long, black fur drab with a sword at his belt and a bow on his back, most preferred clothing's, cloths and materials which he had never seen in his lifetime. Some wore armours similar to the guards that stood at the gate, and many had the same object the guards were holding strapped at their belt, albeit smaller and differently shaped.
Jon would seem to barely Crona at first, too caught up in his surroundings, gaze flickering about in awe at what he was seeing. When he did finally realise, however, his eyes quickly shot down to look at the boy, lips forming into a tight line as he'd feet would shift slightly. "It's a bit much..." Jon would gulp, biting down hard on his bottom lip. "The thing that everyone carries about... the thing the guards were holding earlier. Know what it is?" Jon would inquire, brow perking slightly upward. The boy didn't look nor sound as though he came from anywhere in Westeros, nor Essos or anywhere to the east, for that matter. Perhaps he knew more about all this than Jon.
