Updated this OP to add current/upcoming costs.
As a result of that edit, you can see that we are good for the end-of-summer renewal of our .com and our web hosting, so that money has been set aside, and anything that comes in goes to that '2 year bank'. If that gets full, the IT crew and I might start figuring out any migration costs and get those dreamy looks in our eyes.
