If you want to actually "possess" someone, the answer is probably no. True possession requires OOC permission unless it's for a short period of time. See: http://omniverse-rpg.com/showthread.php?...#pid131677
But, if it's something simple, like making someone drop their weapon or slap their friend, you're probably fine. Your question was vague, so as Jeff said, it depends on what you want to do.
