Frost's Scorn (Lightning Claws)- Physical, Debuff (600): These weapons are a pair of gauntlets with four retractable, slightly curved blades fitted into the gauntlet’s knuckles. This seems fair, just add how long does it take to set their length and you should be good. Like, can they spring out near-instantly or do they have to be fiddled with for a second or two?
