Question, what does:
-Lower the requirements for unlocking your third OR fourth character by one level.
mean in the context of a fourth character? It says that all 3 of my characters need to be level 6 with a combined total OM of 80k to unlock my fourth. So how are the requirements lowered? Is it less OM or do the characters just have to be level 5? Something else?
