Perhaps she had some advanced technology that could allow her to do, or was from a world with more of a fantasy origin, as it was? Rafael didn't know the answer, if he was to be completely honest. A mystery like that irked him, but he was not about to waste his time attempting to discover the answer to that. Chances are he wouldn't want to know anyway. In the future he was going to definitely increase his arsenal. Sure it was ceding to the demands of Unicron, but it was not like he had a choice in the matter. As he was now, should a more powerful Prime show up, he was most certainly doomed. To save himself from that, he knew he was going to have to add more tricks that he could use up his sleeve.
