Yeah. What Drake said. There's a difference between combing multiple sword Moves into a "Sword Arsenal" Move which just holds all that information in one blurb and turning a ice sword Move and a fire sword Move into a Icy Fire Sword. The previous example is fine. The latter requires refunds and reapproval.
