Looking up your character, you're probably going to want "Cross Tail" as a weapon as well, if you're intending to use it for melee slashing. Otherwise you will be limited to punches and kicks and such with the raw power of the physical strength proficiency.
Assume that other players will not be familiar with your source material. What is Cross tail, how long are the wires, how many wires does it have, etc? Give a full description. How does it bind? This will probably cost 600 due to being able to both slash and bind.
