As Croc said. It's a no. Since you'd playing two characters. It'd be like asking to play both Mario and Luigi. They're two seperate characters.
For an OC, you'd have a bit more sway (since, like, it's your canon so you can shove 'em both under the same character bracket as if they're alternative personalities). So someone like Summer/Sonny could get an assist for Sonny and Summer so they can both fight at the same time in seperate bodies. And in non-combat situations simply have the other be about and both exist at the same time with a fodder move. Doing it with NPC Primes wouldn't fly, since it wouldn't really make sense - and you'd be using them to get a direct advantage.
