Yeah. You can pretty much continue where you left off before and pretend Sawada didn't disappear for like, however long. Obviously, your OM has magically changed and stuff and you might not have the same moves and whatnot.
As for the move, sure, let's save ya the OM and bump it down to 300.
Hopefully, you should be all sorted, but you'll have to wait for a higher up to come and approve you since I can't fix your OM and stuff.
