Kumoko actually can't tie people up with it unless she's already like, won the fight or something. She's not strong enough to keep someone still while she very slowly cocoons them.
This move seems a lot more complicated than I originally thought it was gonna be, and I'm super ready to get going, so if it's alright, I'm just gonna leave it out for now and get it hashed out in the workshop.
