That, in my opinion, makes him a good villain. If you don't hate a character for killing, tormenting and experimenting on other people with zero remorse or human emotion, that's on you. I personally found this character to be horrifying, the antithesis of humanity, and thus I hated it.
No, no, I got what you meant. It's just that I don't hate characters for doing that sorta thing.
