For context of anyone reading this, 13 had submitted this before and it was denied, but he has since gone back in and put some extra effort into it to spill it closer to the required word count.

Hey 13! That was actually not bad at all! You are getting so much better, bro. I appreciate the effort and you can tell from the beginning posts (which are still rough) to the latest ones that you are putting some real thought into how you engage with a reader, from a storytelling perspective. Keep working on your formatting (which you are obviously experimenting with). Avoid those big, ugly paragraphs that can be split up for the reader. Organization is key when trying to keep the reader engaged. Think of paragraph breaks like a period to a sentence. Its like that, except for a group of sentences. Does that make sense? Maybe not. Come hit me up if I'm being confusing.
