Would This Work?

I have something I am considering making as a move for Rafael in the future, but first I must ascertain if it will work. Due to the rules relating to the Fourth Wall, and the power of the ability in question, I am not sure if it would be allowed or not, or how to even go about implementing it. So I am putting this topic up for the staff to either veto, or allow the idea.

Behold the move that I intended to somehow create for Rafael but am unsure of the exact specifics that would be required, or even if such a move would be allowed, or not.
