Dunno what you exactly mean by secret, but you'd need to buy the base relocation before you move it and RP Warren picking it up and deploying it where you'd want it to go. You wouldn't be able to like, run to the Dunes when someone is on their way to your base in the Greens and then just randomly say that you secretly moved it to the Dunes while they were en route or something.

I think he was saying about moving secretly to another verse to either buy a new base or something like that
