>No. That's a bit too strong in my opinion. Unless you add a further drawback, or make it limited use, or allow people to slowly gain a temporary immunity/resistance to the poison over the fight. Since, as it stands, he can just poison someone again once after been poisoned and keep them sluggish for most of the fight. I also don't think you should allow the time to stack up to 9 seconds. Keep it at 3, unless you want to add further drawbacks. Or reduce the potency.
