The first of these is a communicator, although I've not been able to get that function of the device actually working, presently," began Warren, as he started into a lecture on what the NFL-R was capable of doing when it was wielded by someone who could control what it could do properly. "It can shoot a thin beam out of energy out of it, and has other capabilities as well. I'm still working on my version of it, but the version you create should mainly be able to fire beams of energy out of it, so you can protect yourself to a a degree. If you are like me, when you first arrived, you would've lost all your abilities and powers."
Warren paused for a moment. "It seems I am incapable of giving you the substance known as Omnilium. I can train you but am strangely enough somehow unable to transfer any to you, for some reason."
