“N-Not really…” Bill said sheepishly, looking away from Bob, how was this guy so nonchalant with this stuff.
“Seriously, ya need to grow a little backbone, show yar dominance. Now I’ll ask again, ya wanna test out that gun arm?”
“No!” Bill suddenly shouted, before immediately covering up his mouth.
“That’s better I suppose…. But you should still have basic training for all your equipment. And if ya happen to accidentally shoot someone in tha face, that’s just experience.”
Bill gulped, but Bob was already moving the truck along, mattering something knowing the perfect place.
The spider on the other hand had gone back to the… well back, of the vehicle, it was their home after all, and they hadn’t finished exploring yet, the last time they tried to they got interrupted…
The first thing he went to look at was the big machine made of glass and metal, how had he not noticed that before. Looking at it he was curious about what it’s purpose was, everything had to have a purpose, overwise, why would they exist? The spider would have had a closer look, but unlike the boxes and the inner workings of the machine, the spider could not climb up the wall, why couldn’t it? It could climb up anything so why not this? They may never know, but it was because Bob had sprayed anti-stick spray on the walls incase he had to deal with the giant spiders again.
Deciding that he would come back to it later once he learnt the appropriate skill(s) required. Instead, he decided to examine the boxes, climbing up them, eating Styrofoam out of them, and throwing corrosive acid at them to see if it would burn through them, it did.
Before the spider could experiment with anything else however, the truck suddenly came to a stop with Bill soon following Bob outside. When the spider tried to do the same, the muscular man just patted them gently and said. “You stay in the car where it’s safe, okay?”
