If you really want to have someone punch themselves in the face without physically forcing them to with your own hands, you have two options I can think of. There might be more, but anything else can be hashed out in the move workshop.
Option A: Get a telepathy move. This will need a drawback, but you might be able to make it possible. But remember, despite them being the one to punch themselves, the damage will still be dependent on your ATK and not theirs.
Option B: Get a telekinesis move. Ranged control isn't enough for manipulating other primes forcefully from range. You need both telekinesis and a move. Making someone punch themselves in the face with such a move might be possible, if you have a good drawback.
If you want to try either of these, or have another idea, work it out in the move workshop.
