Description: This prime wears a neon blue shirt along with a brown letterman jacket that has the letter B on it. Along with his clothing, he wears blue jeans and regular sneakers. The prime's identity is unidentified due to a costume chicken mask that covers his entire head. His species is a caucasian human male whose height is around 5'12.

And who's paying the bounty? As Cell mentioned, either you can choose to OOC give someone the OM if they kill you. Or whoever owns the 'Orc Mafia' (if that's not you) has to do that. Since they're not an official site faction, the OM won't simply be granted by a staffer as usual - it'll be 'transferred' between the appropriate players.
If you don't want to do that, you can just 'pretend' you have a bounty when writing your IC posts, but players won't have the same OOC incentive to try and claim it.
