If the imperium he was from had arrived into whatever world Schwi was from would most likely be able to take over in a single crusade. In fact, if his dimensions theory was correct he could possibly do just that. He looked back at Schwi;
“No, humanity’s greatest strength is attrition. Being able to weather the storm of an attack and fight back with the same ferocity in times of war is just as important as determination to keep peace. Maybe there was a time when peace could be easily found but that time is gone. War is what will keep humans alive and war is what will make humans want to stay alive.”
There was a fifteen second silence until Schwi finally spoke;
"How? Did your race have special magic, were you created by a god or did you evolve from monkeys?"
"We evolved from something but we were always watched over by the Omnissiah."
"The Omnissiah?"
"Our god, he resides on the golden throne on the brink of death. His powers allow us to travel faster than light and communicate from further away than any normal machine could."
"Interesting. Actually I have a question for you...."
