In the interest of fairness to Rogue for possible life issues and to Dawn so she isn't trapped in this thread for eternity, this is my ruling, as the Judge for this Fight.
Rogue has 7 days from now to either get active in the fight or let me know what mitigating circumstances will continue to keep them from writing. If they do not make me aware of what is going on, Dawn may treat this as a Fight she won and either kill Rogue or leave them alive. I don't think Rogue has any Artifacts, but they will also forfeit any they may be carrying. I will NOT allow Dawn to Banish them, however.
