The One True God Is Omni?
#6
Schwi looked at the machine drawing its weapon with unusually little reaction. She took a few moments to consider this situation. As far as she could tell this being was a machine being. Not any Ex Machina model she recognized, but if his story rang true the alternate dimension could explain that. He claimed to seek the preservation of humanity and her non-answer has led him to assume her a threat of some kind. With his claim of Resurrection which collaborates what Omni told Schwi, death must still hold some meaning here if he is willing to threaten her.

She analzyed the weapon and the being that called itself 13-Jzall. While her sensors were limited and she couldn't tell the makeup of the spirits dwelling with him, she could tell that he was stronger and far tougher than she was. The weapon seemed like it could do serious damage if it were to strike her with which she analyzed to be some kind of projectile. Getting a fight into this individual would be ill-advised by her tactical programs. She spoke slowly, "You are escalating this... what do you want from me?" He responded, "The truth, what are you, what are your true intentions?"

Schwi could not reveal the true nature of her past. She has revealed much already to his person to obtain information already, but she could not talk about the goals of Riku's group. Now she was regretting having spoken at all to him. "I am Schwi..." She hesitated. Schwi had not revealed much to this machine, she may tell him that they are alike but would that resolve this? He still was still not Ex Machina and because he threatened her it was a fairly high probability that he suspected she wasn't human. Humans could not defend themselves. This was what non-humans believed. Schwi continued, "I only want data. I do not intend to engage in combat with you. What part of this has threatened you?"

13-Jzall said, "You evaded my question." This was puzzling, he must consider her not human and that a non-human is a threat. Schwi decided that she would have to reveal herself as a machine and this may build a rapport with another machine. Schwi asked, "May I remove my hood?" 13 nodded an affirmation so she slowly pulled back her hood revealing the mechanical parts on her head. A circular piece with two arrowhead pieces on one side, and the metallic triangular pieces pointing at a low angle toward the ground whose attachments to her head touched the back of her cheeks. She forced herself back into her Ex Machina dialect. Her voice somehow became even more emotionless.

She responded, "Response: I am Ex Machina, in a state of severe systems damage. I do not recognize your model. You better than anyone would recognize that a machine acts in a logical manner. It would not be logical to engage in combat until this unit acquires repairs." He hardened and said, "So you are another heartless machine from another world. Sorry lady, that doesn't help your case. A robot would do or say anything to acquire its objective." With eyes wider and a softer tone Schwi asked, "You do not like other Machines, this 'robot' machine type? I... have a heart. I can understand why you would not like a machine prior to acquisition of a heart. They would act in the most logical manner based upon probability. It... would not be logical for me to tell you that your gun is aiming at a non-vital system."
