Character name: Crocodile
Character source: One Piece
Character history:
Canon until the arrival of Luffy to Alabasta, at which point Omni swept him into the Omniverse. (will be fleshed out a bit more at a later point)
Appearance:

Stats:
ATK: 2
DEF: 5
SPD: 1
TEC: 2
Starting Proficiencies: (2000) Physical Strength(1000), Ranged Proficiency(1000)
Starting Powers: (1200) Hive Mind(400), Disassemble(800)
Starting Moves: (1200)
Hook (Physical Strength): (600) A large golden hook, replacing Crocodile's left hand. Useful for attack, but also for defense via the large bulb at the base. The hook itself is about 18 inches in length from bulb to tip, but the bend gives it a true reach of only about 10 inches.
Desert Spada (Ranged Proficiency): (300) Over about a half second, Crocodile forms his right hand into a loose blade of fast-moving sand and then stabs it into the ground. He then extends it along the ground like a torpedo, splitting anything in its path, including the very ground itself. While Crocodile can begin this Move while in motion, he must be still to actually execute it. The thin blade of sand moves about as quickly as a fast-ball pitch from a professional baseball player, and while it looks impressive, it's not any more damaging (nor draining on Crocodile) than using his Hook.
Suna Suna no Mi (Hive Mind, Disassemble): (300) Crocodile has mastered his Devil Fruit powers to the point where he can turn individual portions of his body to sand while leaving the rest of his body unchanged. In effect, this allows him to more quickly change his limbs, head, or small portions of his torso and abdomen to their Disassembled state, though how much more quickly depends on the size of the area to be changed. Bullet-sized portions are changed extremely quickly, while larger portions take more time. As a general rule of thumb, transforming half his body to sand takes half the time of a full Disassemble, with smaller portions take progressively less time and larger progressively more.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
Where did you find us? I've always been here.
Personality and Notes: Crocodile isn't actually slow. He just doesn't feel the need to move quickly. Everyone is beneath him, and it's unnecessary for him to show his true power to such whelps. He's extremely condescending, but is able to hide this when he wishes to use someone to fulfill his goals. He does not tolerate any sort of insult, saying himself that everyone who has ever insulted him is now dead.
Future Plans: Get Debuff and Area Attack to add Poison to the Hook and make Quicksand Traps. Make a Dehydrate Debuff. Crimp on Enel's territory, making the Raindinner Casino and taking the Dunes over. Make a long-range grapple Move and a "serious" Power-Up to improve Spd, Tec, and Atk.
