Representing Unspent OM In Character?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking... the only thing is, because I haven't been spending it (until today, anyway), that means his potential wealth hasn't been decreasing... which hasn't been an issue so far, since I haven't really made him do anything yet that'd be at all extravagant... but if I start acting like he has all the money in the world and for the most part only spend it on things that OOC have no actual OM cost, it might seem kinda over-the-top IC, since he'll still have tons of OM left after buying, like, a whole bunch of cars, or something...

Also, side-question; Primes aren't all that common, are they?
I got the impression from the restrictions on making NPC Primes that they were supposed to be pretty rare compared to Secondaries, who seem to be all over the place.

If that is the case then would it be at all realistic to say that there are some Secondaries who have never actually met a Prime?
... And as such would totally be impressed by someone who could summon stuff, like any other Prime...
