History is a little light. I've seen some people just link or quote a wiki, which you could do, though hearing his history indepth in your own words would be better. Up to you.

Air Scooter: In order to go faster than your speed stat, you'd need Super Speed or Burst Movement. Considering you can already run inhumanly fast, just make the benefit that it takes a lot less energy to use the scooter than it would just running (along with increased maneuverability.) Also, I believe Aang could go up a 90 degree surface with this technique in the show, so maybe list that in there with benefits? It's up to you. With your caveats, you could easily justify it without spending extra OM.

Glider: I'm going to refer to Shadow the Hedgehog with this one who has a hover move. Based on that, please write in that the distance you are able to glide is based on the height range of your Super Jump and you'd be golden.

Gust: I think you'd need burst to propel your glider like that... then again, I may just get Omni on this since the hover kind of sets a precedence (He wasn't here for the Shadow approval.) Without that function, this is a 300 OM move.

Edit: The edits look good to me aside from the distance the hover travels. But I'll wait for Omni's final word before I move on this.
