His skills needed to grow, there was no sugarcoating the situation. At present he was simply too weak to go out there in the Mean Streets of Tier Five and make a difference. Honestly, the chances of him getting killed out there were higher than he would like, if he were to go out there as he was now. They were about 90% compared to the regular amount it should be, if he were to be honest with himself. The odds were not ones that were liked by the youngest of the Mcginnis Family. Even with the training he had received in the past, but couldn't remember the chances of his defeat were too high for his personal tastes, at present. What he really needed was some sort of advantage that he didn't have. A new skill, perhaps. Or a new weapon. Or maybe some new allies. In any case he needed something he didn't have, at present, but what could it possibly be that he could gain for himself?
