I can't afford to build Stein. XD Need Light + Shield unlocked, which costs 1100 of the in game points, not sure how much real world money though. Mercer only needs an appropriate power though.
Stein: Medium Spark > Hero > Comical > Wonder Woman (magic, duh) > Light > Flight > Shield
Mercer: Medium Striker > Villain > Serious > Lex (Genetics) > Earth? Rage? > Acrobatics > Brawling
