A mod could say otherwise, but I don't think a weapon move and all the moves that use it should be left locked with the owner being unable to do anything about it. Marisa has 4 SPD and Super Speed. Trying to grapple it back is not enough.
But, yes, I agree that Marisa doesn't need to put as much effort into this move as it stands.
