Hey welcome. Your moves need some work, but I'll get your account and roster set up with your approved moves so that you can play in the meantime, unless you'd rather wait. Please post this roster to the rosters forum under the name 'Cobalt'. Before you post in the Nexus, please make sure you've read all of this. We thank you.

Now to your moves. I'll go through them one-by-one.
This move needs a lot of elaboration, and I'd read the example for M16 Assault Rifle to see how. That's just for the basic mode: you'll need ROF (Rate of Fire). I'm not sure what the 50 shots, then 1000 shots total for capacity means, if you could explain that better I'd appreciate it. It also needs how long it takes him to reload.
High power mode isn't elaborated on at all, so I'd recommend just taking it out for now.
I'd leave off the stun mode for now, since how we do stuns and the like is quite advanced. But if you want to see an example, click here. Stun would probably work best with limitations like a single shot in a clip, or a long chargeup, and a very limited duration (see the example above: we're pretty stringent on stuns). We're talking maybe a second, minutes is out of the picture right now unless you're fighting pensioners.
As for detail, you need the countdown timer (for that mode) and how many Cobalt can carry on his person. You can do something like "2 grenades for every level" or a fixed one. Either way, the fewer grenades he can carry, the stronger it'll be, but it still isn't going to do much more than blast damage - no actual vaporizations, capiche?
"If Cobalt's ATK/TEC is equal to the opponent's DEF/TEC score, this stuns for a couple of seconds. If double or more, it stuns for up to five seconds. If half or less, this stuns for a second or less. This requires a cooldown of a minute before Cobalt can use it again, and he can only use it three times in a single fight before it burns out."
You can take these to the Move Creation Workshop if you'd like more help and advice. I suggest giving the Moves page a good read over again as well, and maybe look at some other examples in the join forum.

Quote:Catachan Fang(requires Physical Strength) – 300 OMAll good.
A twenty inch long blade of steel, gifted to him by Lord Commissar Augustus of the Death Korps of Krieg (Which is odd, I know) This blade does not have any outstanding properties other than being incredibly sharp and slower than any conventional knife
Quote:Vibro-Knife(requires Physical Strength) – 300 OMNeeds a rough length.
A short but speedy weapon, capable of slicing through steel; though it is required that the user turn it on before attempting such a thing. This blade would be incredibly fearsome in any hands trained to use it due to it’s nature to sever limbs and pierce armor.
Quote:DC-15S(requires Ranged Proficiency) – 300 OMEach mode would cost 300, so this move would cost 900 total. See: Pricing Moves.
A short ranged carbine with a make effectiveness of five kilometers, though the chances of hitting anything farther than ten meters is very low. This weapon have a capacity of fifty shots before reloading it’s power source, a further 1,000 shots before reloading the Tibanna canister concealed inside the rifle. The weapon has three settings; standard, high-power, and stun. The stun setting launches a ring of charged particles which overload any nervous system within five meters of the rifle, effectively knocking the victim unconscious for several minutes: Stun is only guaranteed effective against standard humans, anthropomorphics, or plain humanoids as long as they fit within average height and weight which reaches it’s limit at seven feet and four hundred pound limit as larger body mass makes it difficult for the stun to penetrate. The weapon ionises the highly explosive Tibanna gas to create plasma, which then form a bolt and is launched forward at somewhat anticlimactic speeds. The weapon is good for penetrating armor designed for ballistics, though it is not so effective against either the Mandalorian Beskar armor or metals thick enough to resist.

Quote:Class A Thermal Detonator(requires Area Attack Proficiency) – 600 OMThat bolded bit is problematic. You can't run around vaporising people, so the grenade's gotta be balanced down to something more reasonable.
A handheld explosive device utilising a fusion reaction to create a blast field up to five meters in an open terrain, in the five meters the reaction would atomise anything that did not conduct heat or thermal energy, the grenade itself could be thrown a good 10 meters on a good day, with the ability to affix to any metal surface and count down, or explode on impact.

Quote:“Hand zappy thing?”(requires Physical Strength) – 300 OMSee what I said above for the stun mode on the gun: similar nerfs needed here. Might I suggest something like:
This device would only be notice by either touching it or being affected by it, or close observation. The device itself appears to be a thin wide spaced chain-mail covering the user's right hand and a thin black rectangle stretching lengthwise across his right gauntlet. Upon activation of this device a low hum and small electrical arcs would sprout from his hand when contacting metal. When applied to unarmored persons they would receive a shock comparable to that of two police tasers fired in unison. With it’s ability to incapacitate average persons it also has the tendency to overheat when on for longer than two minutes, and beep rapidly until the user deactivates it, allowing it to cool.
