I was fine with all the previous downsides, they aren't required and make it near-impossible to use in 1v1 fights, but they'd make it stronger. Just needs this detail.
Sister Act Eva: How long does it take to reload? I'll admit I'm sliiiightly confused by that process, so if it's implied then I missed it.
