Faction leaders now have the ability to add members to their own faction (forum group)
From your User CP, you should see an option under 'Misc.' called 'Group Memberships'.
Under the 'Groups you Lead' section, you should see [View Members] in blue. If you click that, you'll be brought to a screen where you can invite members (invited people seem to be added automatically). You can also remove people and PM faction members individually from this screen.
