It depends on the nature of the Super Utility.

Quote:Super Utilities are for special cases that do not fall into either of the above categories. They may have to be used in the same manner as Super Attacks, if they target players or debilitate them: this allows for Super Defenses to be used to block them. Or they may be used at any point during a post if it doesn't directly attack anyone.

As per this blurb in the rules, if it targets an opponent, you'll only be able to use it at the end of the post. Since utilizing a Super Attack AFTER the Super Utility would mean the latter is no longer at the end of the post, you'd only be able to use one or the other. If it is a Super Utility which does NOT target an opponent, you may use it and a Super Attack in the same post, providing you have the SP to do both.
