Edit by Alex - Zedd was informed on 8-01 to not utilize the characters until he reaches level four.

I think you're close to leveling up, so just keep the characters 'on ice' until you hit level 4.

Just posting to say that with the new level system I've hit level 4 and have enough points for the crew of secondaries.
