Arrows were more the tool of the "Green Arrow" or the "Hood" as he had been called originally, when Matthew had looked up the history files as part of an assignment for a woman he couldn't exactly remember right now off the top of his head. Yet, he had a replica of the bow and arrow of the Green Arrow at his disposal even if he didn't have the trick arrows that the individual had at his disposal. The bow and arrow was a weapon that required serious amounts of practice and skill if one was to wield it correctly, and Matthew hoped he could one day be able to claim being able to do so. Unfortunately, his every shot with the bow and arrow, every bit of practice he had attempted with it had been a complete and total flop. Every single shot had been a miss, and he knew he needed more practice against more powerful opponents if he was to master the bow and arrow. Training dummies weren't useful in helping him perfect the bow and arrow. Perhaps he needed someone who could teach him more about it, and how to use the bow and arrow for himself. Knives were a tool he had some familiarity with using in the kitchen, but he didn't recall how to use them as projectiles, or for much melee purposes. Those skills were going to need to be relearned as well. Since the crime rate of this Tier continued to grow, and grow, and increase, Matthew knew he was going to need a gang, or perhaps a team of his own, or a guild, or some sort of alliance in order to clean up the mess down here. On his own, he couldn't do much, and that was saying something about the crime rate down there. It kept skyrocketing like a rocket, a rocket that had an unlimited supply of fuel.
No matter what he did down here, it wasn't going to matter if he didn't have a team to back him up. Still, his initial attempts to put together a squad of his own were problematic. When he had tried to recruit some secondaries, they had ended up murdered. Sure he could reconstitute them with Omnilium, but it didn't work like he had wanted, so he'd turned the two ex criminals loose on a higher tier, with no memories of their criminal activity, and memories programmed to make them believe they were normal citizens of the verse Coruscant, upstanding ones at that. It had been an "apology" for what he had done to them, by trying to drag them into something that should be his own problem to deal with. If he ever did make use of Secondaries again, they were going to be different from the ones he had "persuaded" to join with him. They were going to be ones who could handle battle, and who he wouldn't have to augment much if at all.
