Once he had made his way home, and was once more sitting down in the cave underneath his house, Matthew began to consider his options. Option one was that he could burn this place he was in to the ground, and find somewhere else to stay, and leave the crime fighting to the professionals. It was not an appealing option because this tier he lived in needed all the help it could get, and was neglected by law enforcement. The neglect it had was that of a criminal level, because of how many muggings, and murders, and other such crimes the young Mcginnis had seen. Truthfully though he couldn't go out like this. Even with the Will Blaster he had recently discovered, it was not enough if a fight was to truly be serious out there. Matthew was not suicidal after all, and knew there were a great many individuals who were more powerful than he was, and would probably stay that way unless he did something big, but what?
