Insight and Mimic question!
Alright, so pretend I have Insight, alright? I check someone's moves, learn it... Can I take a move and make a minion-type creature that sort of "manifests this move" without Mimic? Clause in this being that it is not an immediate copy, but one learned over natural progression and using that move as a "foundation."
For example, this character meets Goku... Goku uses Ki Blast... Theoretical character copies the power, then recreates it as a minion that does that move. Does he need Mimic if its done after a fight
